You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. ecc996 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ecc996 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
ecc996's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ecc996 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, or free from errors or technical defects. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. ecc996 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ecc996 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose or as to the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, beyond what is required by its gaming licence obligations.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. A Player may close their Account by contacting ecc996 customer support and requesting account closure. Any remaining real-money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements on outstanding Bonus Funds.
ecc996 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

Determinations regarding real-money Balance refunds following termination for breach will be made at ecc996's sole discretion, taking into account the nature and severity of the breach.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute proceedings, you agree to contact ecc996 customer support in writing and allow a period of 30 calendar days for ecc996 to investigate and respond to your complaint. Our internal complaints procedure is designed to resolve the majority of disputes promptly and fairly.
Nothing in this clause shall restrict your right to seek emergency injunctive relief from a competent court where necessary to protect your immediate interests pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.
